With Ross Noble, the two wrote and performed sketches on ITV’s children’s Saturday Morning show Gimme 5 for a season as well as doing a health and fitness show called Burst! for ITV as well as numerous regional shows in the North East. Now back doing stand up he is one of the regular comperes at the Funny Bones chain of clubs in the North East as well as getting booked as either a 20 to 30 minute slot or as MC in other clubs. Target Wrestling returns to The Venue in Carlisle on Friday 12th June and making a very rare wrestling appearance on the show is former WWE European, Tag Team & 2X Intercontinental Champion, The Big Valboski, VAL VENIS!

Headliner - Steve Royle + Support

Steve is a comedian, actor, writer, BBC Radio presenter, husband and Dad. His wife, Janet, actually went into labour with their first child, Daisy, whilst Steve was presenting live on air with Sally Naden!

For over 12 years Steve could be found in the guise of "Mad Edgar" the court jester at Camelot theme park where he presented over 2000 "Crazy Juggling Shows". He has also supported both Peter Kay and Dave Spikey on tour and was voted "Entertainer of the Year" at the recent Red Rose Awards.

His many TV appearances have included "Phoenix Nights", "Max & Paddy", "Behind The Scene", "That's Entertainment", "Stand-up Britain", "Give Your Mate A Break", "The Afternoon Show", "Talk Of The North", "The Things You Do For Love", and despite being one of the North West's healthiest males, a medical insurance commercial for "Medicash".

Steve is also co-founder of the "Slaughterhouse- Live" ("Laughter" with an "S") character comedy nights. The group regularly perform at "The Comedy Store" and they were nominated in the "best touring show" category at the Manchester Comedy Awards, losing out to Peter Kay!

Chantel McGregor attended Leeds College of Music where she achieved a number of awards, including the Leeds College of Music Prize for Outstanding Musicianship. She gained a First Class Honours degree in Popular Music in July 2009, and has gone on to develop a career in the UK and international blues music scene, performing solo and with her band.

In 2011, she was voted "Young Artist of the Year" at the British Blues Awards, and in 2012, she was voted "Best Female Vocalist" at the British Blues Awards. In 2013 she won two categories, "Guitarist Of The Year" and "Best Female Vocalist", at the British Blues Awards. and again won the "Guitarist Of The Year" category in 2014.

Her debut album "Like No Other", released in 2011, was produced by Livingstone Brown, who has worked with such artists as Ed Sheeran, Shakira, Kylie Minogue and Corinne Bailey Rae.
